Digital Labour Platforms and the Future Of Work: Towards Decent Work in the Online World

This report is based on two surveys in 2015 and 2017 covering 3500 workers in 75 countries around the world in five major globally operating microtask platforms. It is the first of its kind comparative study of working conditions on microtask platforms and recommends 18 principles for ensuring decent work on digital labour platforms.
