The FutureWORKS Collective conducted the second session of its Skills in Action webinar series on 7th February 2025. This session on AI and the Future of Work was moderated by Prerna Seth, with Stephanie Allais of University of Witwatersrand, Ramiro Albrieu of Sur Futuro and Renjini Rajagopalan of JJN as discussants. The speakers discussed how transformations in AI are impacting the world of work in their regional contexts and shared their inputs on ways to manage the disruption and leverage opportunities toward building inclusive and equitable labour markets.
